Run to Support the Chesapeake K9 Fund and Raise Funds to Assist Law Enforcement K9 Partners Across the State of Maryland.
Participants are invited to complete the 5K or 1K course with their dogs (well-trained and leashed). Prior to the race start, there will be a special demonstration, Q&A Session and Photo Opportunity featuring K9 Officer Pryor and his handler with MDTF1 an Urban Search and Rescue Task Force that responds to natural and man-made disasters as a part of the Federal Disaster Response Plan. Pryor was most recently stationed in Maui, Hawaii in response to the fires that have destroyed the island.
